  • 1lt milk
  • 2carrot
  • 1/4 cupsugar (small)
  • As RequiredElaichi powder
  • 2 tbspmilkmaid
  • as per neededDry fruits (almond,kishmish)

Steps

45 min
  1. 1

    Boil milk after 10 mins add carrot.

  2. 2

    Reduce milk at medium flame.when it reduces to half add sugar, milkmaid, elaichi powder.

  3. 3

    Mix well reduce till u get right consistency.switch off gas add dry fruits. Mix well

  4. 4

    Serve chilled
