Crispy fried prawns wrapped with rice vermicelli

So when you want to make something different, think out of the box with different ingredients. This time I wanted to make crispy crunchy but something different. Shake my head, open a cabinet and start using my noodles under the cranium. I found rice vermicelli… staying there for a long time. I just boiled, wrapped around prawns and fry. The outcome came fantastic with a lot of appreciation from my daughter 😃

Wash prawns properly and strain it. Sprinkle salt and paprika

Garlic powder and mix well. Keep a side for a while.

In the mean while, boil water and blanch rice vermicelli. Once it gets soft, strain it.

Spread it on the plate and start wrapping prawn one by one.

Wrap all and put in a plate. Heat up the oil in wok or pan. Start putting one by one. Once it turn ms to crispy form then only flip it.

And make it golden. Once it turns golden, it it in strainer for a while then do the ither batch.

Serve with your favorite dip and garlic bread. Enjoy crispy crunchy prawns. 😄
