Ingredients

  • 200 gmspreserved peas
  • 2 med sized Potatoes
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 1 big sized tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoonjeera a pinch of hing
  • As per tasteSalt
  • As RequiredRed chilli powder
  • As RequiredCoriander powder
  • As RequiredGaram masala
  • As RequiredKasuri methi
  • 1 tablespoonoil

  1. 1

    Cut potato into mid-size pieces. Wash peas & potato very well.

  2. 2

    Take cooker to add oil & saute jeera & hing. Grind tomato & ginger in the grinder. add this paste on jeera & hing.

  3. 3

    Saute masala till color changes. Now add salt Mirchi coriander powder to it. Add some drops of water & cover the masala with a lid.

  4. 4

    When oil separate adds aloo & matar in it & roast it on low flame for 2 or 3 min. Add half a small cup of water for 1 whistle.

  5. 5

    It ready. Garnish it with garam masala Kasuri methi & chopped ginger slices. Very much tasty & quick prepare recipe.
