    Remove the skin on the tamarind

    Soak the tamarind for 24 hours

  3. 3

    Boil the tamarind add ginger and lemon. Add sugar to your liking.

  4. 4

    Sieve and cool it in the refrigerator till it's cold

  5. 5

    Serve as desired

@Mukami496 It reminds me of my childhood, we used to mix ukwaju with water and sugar only and that was the drink you could make friends with 🤣 🤣 🤣 need to try this it will bring some fresh memories
