Ingredients

20 minutes
2-3 servings
  • 1 cupmacaroni (I used shell shaped) boil with salt and oil
  • 1 cupcelery/cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cuptomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cuponion chopped
  • 1 tbsfresh coriander leaves chopped
  • Dressing
  • 3 tbsmayo
  • 1 tspmustard paste/powder
  • 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  • To taste black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsvinegar
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • To taste salt
  • 1/2 tspmixed herbs

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add all ingredients of dressing and mix well.keep aside

    Now in a mixing bowl add boiled macaroni cucumber onion and dressing.

    Add chopped coriander and mix well. keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
