Ingredients: 1 Big sweet Potato; Head Small sized Stockfish; 1 Tablespoon Fresh blend of tomatoes,pepper,onion and garlic; 1 tablespoon crayfish (.grinded); 1 teaspoon pepper soup spice; cube I stock; I Tablespoon of a blend of uzuzia and scent leaves; Handful shredded smoked fish; Salt/ Black pepper to bring out that great flavour and taste; Water (50ml)

I woke with stuffy nose,I knew instantly that pepper soup was the remedy.

Since I had sweet potatoes, I decided to work with sweet potatoes and stockfish.amd honestly it turned out pretty well.

The soup is absolutely yum.and helped cured my stuffy nose and made me feel much better.

1Big sweet Potato
HeadSmall sized Stockfish
1 TablespoonFresh blend of tomatoes,pepper,onion and garlic
1 tablespooncrayfish (.grinded)
1 teaspoonpepper soup spice
cubeI stock
I Tablespoon of a blend of uzuzia and scent leaves

Peel the sweet potatoes, wash properly cut into chunks or the size you like.
Add water in a small pot, add the fresh pepper mix, add the pepper soup spice, salt, seasoning cube, stockfish head, place the pot on fire and allow to boil for 10mins

Once it starts boiling, add the uzuzia and scent leaves, black pepper and crayfish and smoked fish and stir, cover the pot and allow to cook on moderate heat for another 10mins...stir and remove pot from fire
The aroma of this sweet potatoes peppersoup is second to none.
The taste too is everything

Dish generously into a small bowl, I had more of the pepper soup cos that was what my body was really craving.
This meal is everything, I couldn't stop eating till my plate was empty.
Totally yum in my tummy!😋
