Heat ghee in a kadhai, add all whole spices, green chillies, ginger garlic. Saute for a minute

Now add onion and cashew nuts and saute. Don't brown them and keep translucence.

Add tomato salt, and turmeric powder. Mix and saute for a minute. Now add 1/2 cup of water, cover and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes. stir once again and allow to it to cool.

Now transfer this mixture into a blender and blend until smooth puree. Now pass this curry from the strainer to get that smooth and silky texture.

Now heat butter iin pan. Add paneer cubes, saute for a minute. Don't change the colour of the paneer. Keep it aside.

Now in same pan add 1 tbsp butter. Add kasmiri red chili powder and coriander powder. Saute for a minute. And add prepared curry. Stir gently for a minute and add panner cubes.

Add cream and sprinkle crushed kasoori methi powder all over. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes on low flame. Switch off the flame.

Before serving garnish with cream and finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve it with naan or roti.
