Steps

Heat oil in a pan.Add jeera, cinnamon, black peppercorns, green cardamom.Saute it for a minute.

Add onions and cook it for 5-7 minutes

Add ginger garlic paste and cashew nuts,mix and cook for 2 mins

Add tomatoes and salt to taste,cook until the tomatoes are mushy

Further coriander powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,mix well and cook for 3-4 min.Grind into paste after cooling it down

Further strain the puree using a sieve and keep aside for next use

Now again heat oil and butter in another pan.

Add green chilli,ginger and saute for a minute

Further add paneer cubes and shallow fry the paneer from all side until golden brown

Now add strained puree and mix gently without breaking the paneer and cook for 1-2 mins

Now add fresh cream, coriander leaves, kasuri methi and cook for 3-4 min.

Sahi paneer is ready to serve.Enjoy with roti or naan😊
