Grind Onion, ginger, garlic, 4 tsp. bread crumbs & 2 green chillies in mixer grinder. Then add Boneless chicken, mint leaves, salt & sugar in it. Again Grind it.Then add chopped coriander leaves & 3 chopped green chillies with it.

Then mix boiled potato with it. Knead it well. Then make round shape kabab from it.

Make thick flour mixture with water,salt &red chilli powder. First coat the kababs with breadcrumbs,then dip into the flour mixture, again coat it with bread crumbs.

Heat oil in kadai & fry kababs until golden brown. Remove from the oil with slotted spoon,then drain on paper towels before serving. Serve it with mint chutney and mayo with tomato sauce.
