Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

Cut 4 circles from the phyllo dough sheet. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and weigh them down so they don't curl up. Bake for about 10 minutes, just until golden brown.

Mix the Greek yogurt with the cream cheese, finely chopped onion, chives, salt, and pepper. Chill in the fridge.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Dice the avocado and smoked salmon.

Assemble just before serving (if you prepare too early, the phyllo will lose its crunch).

To assemble: Place a phyllo circle on your plate, add a layer of the cream mixture and some tomatoes. Top with another phyllo circle, then add the avocado with a squeeze of lemon juice. Add another phyllo circle, spread with more cream mixture and the smoked salmon. Finish with the last phyllo circle on top.
