Heat Vansapti and add in all proposed flour add 1 pinch salt, coram seeds, and mix well.

In pan add 1 tsp oil..add zeera.. Cook till 1 min add paotao, salt turmeric,,mix b cook for 5-10 min add garam masala, fannel seeds, coriander and let it cool

Take small portion of maida and roll things rooti..kat from half. make it like a cone fill with potato masala stick with water n give shape of samosa

Heat deep fry pan put oil and.pur 5-6 samosa in one time in low flame fry till golden brown.
