Ingredients

2 minutes each, dough rise 1/2- 2 hours
2 people, 4 pitas
  1. Cupbread flour
  2. 2 Tbsgreek yoghurt
  3. 2 Tbsolive oil
  4. 1/2 cupwarm milk
  5. tspbaking soda
  6. tspbaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

2 minutes each, dough rise 1/2- 2 hours

    Heat the milk, mix with other ingredients, add flour, knead till elastic dough ball in mixer. Add extra flour if too wet. Divide in 4 balls, cover, rest half hour to two hours, roll in four flat rounds on floured board.

    Heat cast iron skillet, spray with olive oil, fry pita dough one minute, turn over, fry other side one minute, repeat till it looks delicious. Serve. Enjoy.
