  1. Full chicken
  2. 1 litrecooking oil
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1onion
  5. Lettuce
  6. Carrot
  7. Mayonnaise
  8. Salt
  9. Potatoes for fries
  10. Marinating ingredients

    Marinade chicken to your liking

    Heat oil in frier(big pan if you have no frier)

  3. 3

    Deep fry the chicken until Brown, then cover in foil to keep it warm.

  4. 4

    For salad,slice onions and add salt in a bowl,set aside for 2mins to remove the bitterness abit.Slice lettuce,tomatoes and carrots in a bowl.

    Wash the onions,add to the tomatoes and lettuce mix and add alittle salt.

    Refrigerate the salad for 20 minutes.

    Fries. Peel potatoes,use chips slicer to shape.Wash them sprinkle salt over and dry.

    With heated oil,submerge your potatoes and fry to your desired softness.

  9. 9

    Serve the chicken hot with fries and salad from fridge..add chilled Mayonnaise on salad.
