Steps

First of all soak chana dal(Bengal gram) for 2 to 3 hrs.

Once soft grind the dal with green chilli n ginger into a fine paste

Now take a heavy bothom kadai, add 3 to 4 tablespoon of oil into it n heat.

Now add cumin seeds n hing into the oil, slowly add powder spices.

Powder Spices like turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala powder.

Mix it well on slow medium flame, so that spices do not burn.

Now add salt n grinded dal paste into kadai.

Continuously stir the dal, so that no lumps are formed.

Once the dal becomes thick(as the water gets evaporated) n leaves the kadai surface, remove it from flame.

Now take this dal into a bowl, add chat masala, Amachur powder, chopped onions n garlic paste n coriander leaves.

Mix it well n spread over the plate. Cut into square slices, like burfi.

Now deep fry this dal burfi. Put this square pieces into stick n serve with your favourite dip or saucce.
