For making kofta
Mix mawa /khoya maida Elaichi powder baking powder and make a soft dough you can sprinkle little milk if it is dry it must be smooth knead for 10 min now make small ball make sure there is no crack otherwise it will be broken when you will fry. - 2
Heat oil in medium flame now put the kofta balls one by one and fry till golden brown in medium flame.keep aside

For making gravy
In a mixer put cashew melon seeds onion tomato ginger garlic green chilli laung Elaichi dalchini. grind to a smooth paste - 4
Heat oil put jeera tejpata. Add the gravy paste and cook for 5 to 7 min in low flame stir in between.now add all the masala and 1 cup water and cook again. Add malai /cream mix gently close the flame.

At the time of serving put the kofta in it garnish with coriander leaves.serve hot
