Pork Fideuà

This recipe is a bit improvised. It's made for those on a budget who can't always afford the traditional seafood and fish fideuà. It's very tasty and you can make it with whatever meat you have on hand, like pork or chicken. I hope you enjoy it.

This recipe is a bit improvised. It's made for those on a budget who can't always afford the traditional seafood and fish fideuà. It's very tasty and you can make it with whatever meat you have on hand, like pork or chicken. I hope you enjoy it.
Steps
- 1
Add olive oil to a pan and sauté the meat. Remove the meat from the pan.
- 2
In the same oil, add the bell peppers, diced small. The smaller you cut them, the faster they cook.
- 3
Once the peppers are sautéed, add the garlic and onion, also finely chopped. Sauté for a couple of minutes, then add the tomato sauce. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- 4
Once the vegetables are cooked, add the fideuà noodles and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- 5
Add the meat and the broth.
- 6
When it comes to a boil, cook for about 10-15 minutes until the noodles are done. Optionally, cover with paper for 5-10 minutes before serving. It's ready to serve.
