Ingredients

  • 1 cupFlour
  • 2over ripe banana
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1egg
  • 1/2tblspn baking soda
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/4tspn salt
  • Procedure

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add flour,b/soda,salt and mix

  2. 2

    In separate bowl add oil & sugar, mix using mixer or whisker,add egg n mix again

  3. 3

    Mash the over ripe banana with fork,pour into the wet ingredients,mix n add flour mixture bit by bit

  4. 4

    Grease your pan with butter or oil put baking paper,pour in the mixture and bake

  5. 5

    Enjoy with your hot tea
