Potato stuffed capsicum

Firstly, heat oil in kadhai than add jeera and mustard seeds, let it crackle

Than add heeng and onion and mix.

Than add Ginger garlic paste than add chopped green chillies when the aroma of raw garlic goes away and mix

Cook it until onions become golden brown.

Than add all spices except dry mango powder and mix it and cook it for 1-2 minutes.

When oil starts seperating, add mashed potatoes and mix it

Cook it for 5 minutes. Than add dry mango powder and garam masala and green coriander and mix

Take out the potato mixture in a plate and let it cool.

After that fill this potato mixture in hollowed capsicum.

Now place the filled capsicum in kadhai (without oil) and cover it and cook it.

Move the filled capsicum time to time so that it cooked from all sides

It may take 15-20 minutes.
When capsicum is completely cooked switch off the flame. - 13
Serve stuffed capsicum with chapatis or parathas.
