Ingredients

30 minutes
3 people
  • 8brown bread slices
  • as per tastered chili flakes
  • as requireddried oregano and basil
  • as required olive oil
  • as required mozzarella cheese
  • as required pizza sauce
  • 1capsicum, chopped
  • 1/2 cupboil sweet corn
  • 1medium onion, chopped

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    On a bread slice, brush olive oil.Spread pizza sauce on the slices.
    Grate mozzarella cheese on to the bread slice.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle some dried oregano and basil.
    Place chopped onions and capsicum,sweet corn and cover with another slice of bread.

  3. 3

    Grill the sandwich for 2 minutes or till it turns crisp golden.garnish with some chilli flakes and enjoy.
