Take 1,5 peppermint crisp bars break into pieces and turn into dust in a bullet blender.

Whip the cream until soft peaks.

In a separate bowl blend the caramel until creamy. Now combined with the cream using a spatula. Add the chocolate dust and mix, still using the spatula. Split the caramel mixture into 3 equal parts.

In a suitable dish (preferably square or rectangular) place a layer of ladyfinger biscuits. Spoon 1 batch over the ladyfingers in the bowl.

Now cover with tennis biscuits. Then layer another batch over the tennis biscuits. Repeat this step.

Take half of a chocolate bar and turn into dust and sift over the tart. Crush the last chocolate bar and sprinkle over the tart.

Leave in fridge for 5 hours, but preferably overnight.
