Start by pouring the raki into a small casserole, add cloves, honey and cinnamon sticks and warm it up over medium low heat.

Stir until honey is completely dissolved

You can taste it and add more honey if you want it sweeter. Once completely dissolved, let cool for 10 min and then transfer onto a bottle. Keep a cinnamon stick and some cloves inside for flavour. Enjoy in a small raki glass.
