That was so yum, and I literally used things I happened to have at home. This pasta was as creamy as using actual cream but it was just the avocado that gave this texture. Let me know if you make it ❤️

Cook pasta according to your liking, I love it al dente.

In a small bowl, scoop out the avocado and mash it, add pepper, garlic, sundried tomato, lemon juice and mix well. This will be the avocado cream 🤤

Once pasta ready, drain it and put back to the pot, add butter and fresh pepper and mix, then add the avocado tomato cream, mix some more.

Serve in your plate, add parmesan and enjoy. 🥰
