Ingredients

25 20 mins of prep 5 on iron
7 waffles
  1. 4 cupAP FLOUR
  2. 3/4 tspcinnamon optional
  3. 2 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1 cupmilk warm
  5. 1 1/2 tspactive dry yeast
  6. 2 tbspwhite sugar
  7. 2large eggs
  8. 1 tspvanilla extract or tbsp
  9. Halfstick butter
  10. 1& 3/4 cup pearl sugar

Cooking Instructions

25 20 mins of prep 5 on iron

    Stir up flour cinnamon and salt
    Make a well in middle of ingredients add warm milk and active yeast and granulated sugar
    Stir liquid then let rest for 5 minutes for activation wait till frothy
    Once yeast is alive pop 2 eggs in separate bowl with milk add vanilla whisk it up
    Mix up the egg milk with other ingredients

    Stir the dough till it is developed then add in the warmed butter slowly.
    Cover with wrap preheat 350 oven for a minute. Leave in oven for 30 minutes

    Prepare baking sheet big for 7 pieces with non stick options parchment paper too, after 30 minutes add pearl sugar stir in.
    With hands make 7 pieces,plastic wrap over them on the sheet for an hour cover it loosely

    Throw it on the waffle iron
    Optional roll it in powder sug before throwing on iron
