Well cooking is arts for me and that is something special ...I come from a family of chefs ..so I love making new flavours and exploring our culture and other cultures and dishes....

Clean and peel the potatoes cut them in medium dices and place them in a sufuria...then add water and boil them...make sure their cooked and stiff..but not over cooked...boil them and once done you check if a knife can go thru then their done.

Drain from the water and live them to cool down...remember its salad not stew potatoes...start chopping your onion,paprika. And coriander leaves finely...

Take a big bowl...mix your Mayonnaise,salt,mustard and chilli its optional...then mix well...taste..if the salt is ok...
Go ahead and add your potatoes in the mixture bowl and top up with coriander and onions....will mixing be gentle not to break the potatoes...then cover with foil paper and chill it in the fridge for 15minute...then its ready to eat..
