Put the butter in a pan and cook until it browns

Mix the browned butter into the sugars

Add in the egg and vanilla

Mix in the flour a little bit at a time

Add in the chocolate

Let dough sit in the fridge for 30mins

Roll into balls and place on a baking tray

Bake for 12-15 mins at 175°c
