Use 400 gms Paneer

Cut Paneer blocks in small cubes

Make paste using 2 cups Coriander leaves, 4 Green Chili, 5 Garlic pieces and 1 inch Ginger

Add 2 tablespoons hung Curd in a bowl

Add the Coriander paste

Add 1 teaspoon Salt

Add 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder

Add 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder

Add 1/2 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seed)

Add 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala

Add small amount of Lime juice

Add 2 tablespoons roasted Besan (Gram Flour)

Mix well

Add Paneer cubes in mixture and mix well

Add 1 tablespoon Refined Oil and mix well

Cover the mixture for 15 minutes

After 15 minutes, skew the Paneer cubes. Before skewing, wet wooden skewers

Paneer is ready for grilling

Pre heat oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius

After pre heat, place baking tray in middle rack of oven and grill Paneer for 30 minutes at 180 degree Celsius

After 30 minutes, move the baking tray to top rack and grill Paneer for another 5 minutes at 180 degree Celsius

After 5 minutes, Hariyali Paneer Tikka is ready
