1large tomato chopped
1 tspgarlic paste
1 tspchopped garlic
1/2 tspsalt
1 tbspred chilli flakes
1/2 cupsarson oil

Heat mustard oil for 5-10 mins until the rawness is gone.

Now add chopped garlic,saute and add potatoes.

Add red chilli flakes, tomatoes,salt and garlic paste.

Once potatoes are half done add spinach and let it cook until ache se bhun jae.

Serve with paratha or chapati.
