1 cancrescent roll
1 poundmild sausage or bacon
4eggs
1- - - - 8 ounce shredded Cheddar cheese
Chopped onions and mushrooms optional

Cook sausage than drain

Grease a 13x9 inch pan

Line the pan with the crescent roll.

Sprinkle the sausage on top of rolls.

Beat the eggs and pour on top of sausage. Sprinkle onions and mushrooms on the top if desired.

Top with the cheese.

Bake 350degrees for 20 minutes.
