Assemble all ingredients

Cook Maggi noodles as usually prepared and keep aside.

Mash boiled potatoes and add all the veggies like chopped onion, capsicum, carrot, sweet corn. Then add all spices + 1 tbsp melted butter and mix very nicely, it will take the form of dough.

Now grease pan with butter, divide dough in two equal parts.
Take one dough and spread on greased pan evenly in circular shape, it should not be much thick. - 5
Apply a layer of pizza sauce on the potato mix layer, then layer evenly with cooked noodles and sprinkle grated cheese

Now cover it with the other dough, spread potato mix evenly so that cheese gets covered and brush butter on the surface.

Now cook this under low flame for 7-8 minutes by covering lid till the base turns crips and releases from pan easily and moves easily.

Now flip it and cook the other side for 5-6 minutes by covering lid under low flame till it turns crisp.

Let it cool and then cut into pieces and it’s ready to serve.
