Ingredients: 100 gm flat rice noodles; 1 litr water; 1 cup boneless chicken; 1 tsp sweet thai chilli sauce; 1 tsp hoisin sauce; 1/2 tsp paprika powder; Pinch salt; 1/4 tsp garlic powder; 2 tbsp oil; 1 tbsp garlic minced; 1 tsp ginger minced; 1/2 cup mushroom sliced; 1 bell pepper green /red; 1/2 cup broccoli florets; Sesame seeds to sprinkle; 1-2 spring onions; 1 tsp roasted peanuts; 2 tbsp fish sauce; 1 tbsp soya sauce; 1 tbsp sriracha hot sauce; 1 tsp vinegar; 1 tsp peanut butter; 1 tsp tamarind paste

Pad Thai belongs to thai cusine and its a stir fry dish made with rice noodles,choice of chicken/shrimp/tofu,some vegs.traditional pad thai sauce includes fish sauce,tamarind paste as I dont hv the original sauce hence I added fish sauce & tamarind paste seprately & made with chicken only.

100 gmflat rice noodles
1litr water
Marination
1 cupboneless chicken
1 tspsweet thai chilli sauce
1 tsphoisin sauce
1/2 tsppaprika powder
Pinchsalt
1/4 tspgarlic powder
Other ingredients
2 tbspoil
1 tbspgarlic minced
1 tspginger minced
1/2 cupmushroom sliced
1bell pepper green /red
1/2 cupbroccoli florets
Sesame seeds to sprinkle
1-2spring onions
1 tsproasted peanuts
Pad thai sauce
2 tbspfish sauce
1 tbspsoya sauce
1 tbspsriracha hot sauce
1 tspvinegar
1 tsppeanut butter
1 tsptamarind paste

Make rice noodles according to packet instrutions.keep the noodles dip in warm water till tender.do not boil.then strain the water and add directly to pan

Marinate boneless chicken with marination ingredients and keep for some time

Heat oil in pan.saute finely chopped white of spring onion mince garlic ginger then add chicken with marinade.stir fry from both sides till colour changes.add seasonings and mushrooms broccoli

Mix pad thai sauce ingredients in a bowl separately.when chicken is golden add pad thai sauce in it and stir fry chicken.add rice noodles in pan and mix well.add roasted peanuts chopped or whole.

Add bellpepper slices and chopped green of spring onion. Sprinkle sesame seeds over.enjoy
