Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgalu
  • 1/2 kgbaingan
  • 1piyaz
  • 2timatar
  • 1 tbspadrak lehsan paste
  • 1 tspzeera
  • namak as required
  • 1 1/2 tbsplal kuti mirch
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 1 tbspgaram masala powder
  • 2 tbspqasoori methi
  • ghee as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Piyaz ko chop kar lein

  2. 2

    Pan mein ghee garam kar k us mein piyaz dal kar fry karein

  3. 3

    Adrak lehsan paste daal kar fry karein

  4. 4

    Alu baingan daal lein

  5. 5

    Namak, mirch, haldi, zeera aur chicken powder dal kar cover kar dein

  6. 6

    Sabzi gal jaye us mein timatar add karein (kion k timatar agr pehley dalen to baingan galtey nahi hain)

  7. 7

    5 mint cover karein timatar soft hojayen achi tarah bhoon lein

  8. 8

    Jab salan ghee chorr dey to us mein hara dhaniya aur garam masala add kar k dish out krlen.

  9. 9

    Mazedar alu baingan ready hain.
