Mix up that proof yeast;
Water then honey then yeast
Let it sit warmish room temp place for 15 minutes, could take longer if your yeast was refrigerated or frozen
Don’t use expired yeast it will be bad - 2
Bread mix
Have the yeast mixture be done in a medium/ large bowl
Add flour, honey, water, butter, w vin, salt
Whisk that stuff up, whatever u got to do knead until you can get it into a ball, add proper amount of water or flour to achieve said goal
Knead dough for 15 minutes good and elastic - 3
Roll the dough into ball and put in a oiled bowl, I used avocado oil, olive is fine, butter fine whatever pal, cover fully in plastic wrap let sit same conditions for an hour

Butter 1 9x5 inch bread pan while waiting
After an hour take out onto flat lightly floured surface and get it into a rectangle. Roll it up and then pinch in sides out in loaf pan seams down so smooth n fluffy up top - 5
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or 195 degree temp

Can always add in many different flavorings, cinnamon, extra honey, any flavorings come on, protein, different flours
