Wash sabudaana and soak sabudaana in a water bowl for 3-4 hours until softened.

Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, ginger, curry leaves, green chilli saute for a minute add onion, tomato, ginger saute then add boiled potato cubes saute for 2 minutes. Add salt, turmeric, coriander powder, amchur powder mix well.

Add soaked sabudana, peanuts stir well for 5 minutes. Flame off.

Squeeze lemon juice, coriander leaves.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
