In a mixing bowl take semolina and curd. Mix well add 1/2 cup water whisk it keep aside for 20 minutes.now grate the beetroot.after 20 minutes add its juice in the semolina batter.mix again.

Add Chilli flakes,cumin powder and salt.mix again.add baking soda and little water mix well

Heat a tawa sprinkle little water and greased with oil. Turn the flame low Pour a ladder of batter in the middle of tawa and spread evenly. Turn the flame high add little oil and cook until it turns crisp and golden. Serve hot with coconut chutney
