Wash Jawaien and rinse it well. Keep it aside.

In a pan, add cooking oil let it heat up.

Add some Rai seeds to it after crackle add chopped onion and stir it until it becomes light brown.

Add chopped tomatoes,dry spices to it and saute it nicely in a low medium heat.

Now, add boiled potato, and peas to it and mix it well including Jawaien.you can add nicely chopped carrots also.

Let it cook for 2- 3 minutes. Pour some lemon juice to it. It will enhance the taste of Jawaienand switch off the gas.

Garnish it with green coriander leaves and serve it with hot tea or coffee.
