Spinach is cooked with dal ,making it more delicious and healthy.It can be cooked with green Moong dal,urad dal etc..Here I have used yellow Moong dal.#MYZODIAC

Take properly washed spinach and yellow moong dal.

Put them in a cooker add turmeric,salt tomato and cook till 2 -3 whistle

Now let the cooker cool down.

Heat ghee in a pan add dry red Chilli,cumin seeds,red Chilli powder,Sprinkle over dal.mix properly

Add lemon juice, green chilli,ginger and serve hot.

Healthy and delicious spinach dal is ready to serve.
