A quick and easy recipe to use up leftovers in the fridge! Just a few ingredients for a delicious result.

While the pasta is cooking, cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Add the garlic and olive oil.

Next, add the pesto and 2 to 3 tablespoons of pasta cooking water.

Finally, add the cheese (I used leftover primosale cheese, but you can also use heavy cream. I’ve tried this variation and really like it!)
