Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2.5 ozpasta (about 70 grams)
  2. 2-3 tablespoonspesto (without garlic)
  3. 1 slicechicken breast
  4. 1 ozcheese (about 30 grams)
  5. 1 clovegarlic
  6. as neededOlive oil,

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    While the pasta is cooking, cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Add the garlic and olive oil.

  2. 2

    Next, add the pesto and 2 to 3 tablespoons of pasta cooking water.

  3. 3

    Finally, add the cheese (I used leftover primosale cheese, but you can also use heavy cream. I’ve tried this variation and really like it!)
