Empty the contents of pack in a bowl. Pour milk inside the empty pack till indicated mark. Add milk and vegetable oil in the bowl. Mix and stir the ingredients well for 2mins to form a smooth batter.

Spread a few drops of oil or butter in a cake tin or vessel and grease well. Pour batter till 3/4th Height of the vessel.

Add water or salt into the cooker. Make sure the water or salt is at least 5cm high. Keep the vessel with batter inside the cooker.

Close the cooker lid and steam for 30 - 35 mins. (Caution: bake the cake without whistle) Then, Remove vessel from cooker and cool for 30 mins. Scrape the sides with a knife and flip the cake onto a plate.

Decorate the cake with the sprinkles given inside the pack.
