Karelay Gosht

I have never tried Karelay in my life. So obviously no cooking too… per pyar sub kuch karwadaytii hai… my Husband loves karelay. Every time my MIL makes and feed us. In 2021, meinay ki himmat aur bana dalay Karelay gosht.
And after that my daughter and I also became fan of this dish.

Pour oil in a pressure cooker. Heat it up and put onions. Fry til it turn pinkish and soft. Add tomatoes with ginger garlic paste and meat.

Add spices and mix it on high flame and give a pressure to it for 20-25 minutes. Meanwhile, on the other stove start frying the slices of karelay.

Once meat get tender and soft. Fry it little bit and add Fried Slices of karelay mix it well and add uncooked onion slices and chilies.

Mix it well. And put it on low flame for 15-20 mins.

Dish out and serve with garma garam chapati.
