  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 5-6potatoes
  3. 1/2 inchGinger
  4. as per taste Salt
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspgarammsala
  7. 2 tspoil
  8. 1onion

    Boil potatoes in a cooker, and after boiling, peel them off.

    Now finely chop the grated potatoes into the onion. Grate ginger too and add red chilli powder, salt, garam masala.

    Firstly add a little salt to the flour and knead the dough with water.And take some dough from the dough and roll it a little and add 1 teaspoon of potatoes to the masala and roll it again.

    Now bake the rolled paratha with ghee or butter from both the sides.
