Ingredients

  1. forstuffing:
  2. 4Medium potatoes
  3. 1.5 tbspginger green chilli paste
  4. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tbspchat masala
  6. as requiredcoriander leaves
  7. 1/2 tbspjeera powder
  8. 1/4 tbspgaram masala powder
  9. 1/4 tbspkasuri methi
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1-2 tbspwheat flour
  12. fordough:
  13. 1 cupwheat flour
  14. 1 tbspghee
  15. as requiredWater as required
  16. as requiredSalt
  17. other ingredients:
  18. as requiredGhee
  19. as neededWheat flour for dusting

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly knead dough by taking wheat flour, ghee, salt and water as required.

    Further, in a bowl take boiled potatoes and mashed them well.

  3. 3

    In this potatoes, add all these stuffing ingredients.

    Mix well making sure all the spices are combined well.

  5. 5

    Pinch a ball sized wheat dough and dust with some wheat flour.

  6. 6

    Further, roll it in a circle of about 5 to 5.5 inches in diameter.

    Stuff the stuffing and roll slightly thick.

  8. 8

    Cook the paratha with ghee till it's golden brown colour.

  9. 9

    Finally, It is ready to serve. Serve aloo paratha with pickle, curd.
