Ingredients

  • Carrot 🥕
  • Cooked beef
  • Irish
  • 2 cupsflour
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tbsmilk
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 6 tbscold butter
  • 1/2vanilla flavor
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 cupcold water
  • 1/2 tspginger powder (for filling)
  • 1 tspchill pepper flakesfor filling)
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • cubeSeasoning for filling)
  • 1/2 tspleaves Rosemary for filling)

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Blend the beef and carrot 🥕 together in blender

    Mix all the dry and wet ingredients

    Mix till well combined. Add the cold water mix well
    Check images below. Keep in refrigerator for some minutes before use

    In frying pan add veg oil in medium heat fry onion and cook for some minutes

    I blended my cooked Irish potatoes. Mix with blended cooked beef and carrot with others spices.

    Crack an Egg in a small Bowl, add 3 tablespoon of water and whisk together then use a pastry brush to brush the edges of the Pie

  7. 7

    Fold the pie over to seal

  8. 8

    Roll out the Dough to about 1/4 of an inch thick then cut out your desired size circles and scoop about 1 to 11/2 Tablespoon of filling (don't overfill so you can be able to easily close the Pie)

    Serve with a cup of hot Tea for Morning breakfast or a chill drink for afternoon or evening snack. Enjoy!

    Brush the surface of the Pie with the Egg wash and arrange the Pies on a parchment paper lined tray (You can just rub the Baking Pan with Butter or Margarine as well)
    Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 3 0 minutes or till golden Brownn.
