Healthy Tofu Doria with Tofu Sauce

I had a craving for doria. But I was also on a diet…
So, I made this quick dish using a simple tofu sauce.
Add any filling of your choice, like corn or sautéed mushrooms.
Take care not to heat the tofu too much when draining, since it should contain at least a small amount of water.
This dish also tastes amazing with firm tofu. I recommend mashing the firm tofu roughly to keep its nice texture. Recipe by mocomanma

Steps
- 1
Thinly slice the onion, green pepper, and Wiener sausages.
- 2
Break the tofu into bite-sized pieces with your hands. Put them into a heatproof container and microwave for 3 minutes. Transfer into a sieve and drain lightly.
- 3
Put the drained tofu and the ● seasoning ingredients into a bowl. Mix as you mash the tofu with a fork.
- 4
Thinly grease a gratin dish with butter. Layer the ingredients in this order: rice, tofu sauce, other fillings (onion, green pepper, Wiener sausages), and cheese.
- 5
Bake in the oven for 13 minutes until the cheese browns. Voilà.
- 6
There's so much sauce inside and it tastes amazing.
