Happy Makar Sankranti!!
Tilkut is a traditional recipe made in Makar Sankranti/Uttarayan. It is a traditionally popular in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.
This is generally prepared in my family. Easy to make with only 2 ingredients sesame seeds and jaggery, which comes in this winter season. Enjoy to the fullest this harvest season.
Happy cooking and keep sharing food love ❤️
