Ingredients

  1. Smothered porkchops
  2. 2-3/4 poundporkchops
  3. 2 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 teaspoonground black pepper
  5. 1 teaspoonground white pepper
  6. 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  7. 1large onion
  8. 2/3 cupall-purpose flour
  9. 3 cupswater
  10. 1/2 cupbutter
  11. Noodles
  12. 2 quartwater
  13. 1 quartcream of chicken soup
  14. 1 teaspoonsalt
  15. 24 ouncesegg noodles
  16. 1/2 cupbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Season the porkchops with salt. Get a pan hot and sear the porkchops. Remove the chops to a plate and add water to pan. Bring to a boil. Heat a pot with water to boil the noodles. Add salt to water.

    Chop the onion. Add flour and seasonings to the chopped onion. Melt the butter.

    Toss the onions coating them well. Add to the boiling water in pork pan. Stir till pork water is thickened. Simmer 10 minutes. Add the porkchops into the gravy.

    Allow to simmer 15-20 minutes. Cook the noodles till liquid is almost gone. Add cream of chicken soup. Stir in till heated. Add the butter. Serve the gravy on top of the noodles with the porkchops. I hope you enjoy!!!
