Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWhite Pumpkin (grated)
  2. 1/4 cupJaggery ( powdered)
  3. a pinchCardamom Powder
  4. 3 to 4 tspGhee

Cooking Instructions

    1. Heat ghee in a pan. Fry cashew nuts until it is golden brown and keep it aside.

    2. In the same pan with the remaining ghee, add grated white pumpkin and sauté until the moisture evaporates. Once the moisture evaporates add jaggery, cardamom powder, and mix well. Saute until the mixture becomes a little thick.

    Finally add the fried cashew nuts, and take it and serve it in a bowl.

    Now the sugarfree kasi halwa is ready!
