Japanese Mushroom Miso Soup

Cook pork ribs, some pieces of ginger and 600ml water in high pressure pan for 15~20 minutes until softened

Cut mushroom bite size. Chop ginger.

Add 400ml water, mushroom and chopped ginger. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add miso paste and a little soy sauce to taste.

Turn off the flame just before boiling. Garnish with green onion.
