  • 100 gmarhar ki dal
  • 2tomato
  • 2onion
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspcumin
  • as per taste salt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 4 tbspghee
  • 3 pinchhing
  • as required water
  • as per taste red chilli
  • 1 tspgaram masala

    Soke daal in water after that take pressure cooker on stove with daal and water and mix some salt and haldi boil it daal will boil in 2 vassels now will will chopped onion totato chilli

  2. 2

    Now we will chopped onion, tomato chilli and make ginger paste after this take pan for tadka now pour ghee heeng and cumin and first fry onion with chilli and ginger after onion nmix tomato when tomato and onion will be frying mix dry masala red chilli powder, dry Coriander some garam masala and add some salt according to taste

    After frying all that pour daal into pan from cooker and eat with roti rice whatever you want
