Wash the chicken breasts, then soak them in vinegar, lemon juice, and salt. Rinse them several times and let them drain well.

Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise into thin strips. Add yogurt, minced garlic, ginger, shawarma spice mix, white pepper, vinegar, and lemon juice. Mix well to marinate, and let sit for about 2 hours or as desired.

Place the marinated chicken in a skillet and cook, stirring, until the liquid evaporates. Add oil, stir, and transfer to a plate. Serve with French fries, pickles, chopped lettuce, and garlic sauce. Wrap in sandwiches and toast if desired. Enjoy!
