Steps

Take mixing bowl. Add hung curd and all spices. Mix it well.

Now add besan, mango pickle oil, hot and cool mustard oil, salt, lemon juice. Mix it well.

Cut paneer cubes. Onion and capsicum cubes.

Now add paneer, capsicum and onion cubes in batter and coat them well. Try to mix with hands.

Keep the mixture in fridge for 1 hour.

Take non-stick tawa. Heat it and grease with butter. Place paneer capsicum and onion into skewers and cook them nicely on tawa.

When done...to give tandoori texture cook on flame also.

Ready to serve with green chutney.
